Oak Bay Medical Centre has provided primary care to families in southwest Calgary since 2002. Today the practice operates inside the Peak Oakbay Health & Performance building — a multidisciplinary facility that puts physiotherapy, chiropractic, pelvic health, and massage on the same floor as your family doctor.
We see patients across the lifespan, from newborns to elders, with continuity of care as the foundation of everything we do.
Our family physicians provide preventive care, chronic disease management, women's health, well-baby visits and immunisations, mental health, and virtual care. For patients of Dr. Yosefi, the transition has been designed to be as seamless as possible — your medical records, your phone number, and your reception team are all unchanged.
The clinic shares a building with Peak Oakbay's allied health team, which means easier cross-referrals to physiotherapy, chiropractic, and pelvic health — useful for musculoskeletal complaints, postpartum recovery, and rehabilitation.
